Silk Street
Silk Street are the hippest New Orleans jazz band on the scene.

The band's energetic music creates an informal and relaxed atmosphere, making it the prime choice for your special event, whether it’s an informal garden party, a wedding, a funeral or a high profile corporate party.

Formed in 2003, the ensemble contains today's young up-and-coming players, all of whom continue to revitalise the scene with their flair, excitement and enthusiasm. Their ability to acknowledge and reflect on the past but to create a contemporary sound is why Silk Street is one of the pre-eminent bands on the circuit today.

And their credits reflect just that, having performed for a host of well-known names including Gordon Ramsay, Cancer Research UK, The Conservative Party and Royal & Sun Alliance, and making appearances at many prestigious venues across the UK, including Buckingham Palace, Kew Gardens and City Hall to name but a few.

With 6 different line-up options, from a trio to a 7 piece, and with a male singer as an optional extra, Silk Street provide the perfect background or foreground atmosphere for any event, no matter how big or small. And with the unusual ability to play as an acoustic wandering act, they really are able to perform anywhere for anyone!
