Hot Butter Soul Collective is the most unique gospel choir ...
... the UK has to offer the world.
Featuring a human beatboxer (vocal percussionist) this contemporary London-based group perform a capella (voices only) and therefore boasts a huge repertoire covering everything from traditional classics to modern covers, making them the perfect choice for any function or event.
With any number of vocalists in the line-up, all sourced from the music industry where they work with artists such as Basement Jaxx, Madonna, Elton John, Gorillaz, Lionel Ritchie and Robbie Williams, the choir is backed by principal beatboxer Lianhart, currently starring in the West End hit musical 'Daddy Cool'. They have such an impeccable reputation on the circuit that they can even approach other major artists from the industry to appear with them for the more prestigious events.
The choir was originally created to perform at Selfridges during their 2005 Christmas campaign but have quickly progressed to becoming one of the most sought after acts on the circuit, with performances on Russell Brand's Radio 2 show, at Covent Garden's Christmas Market and for The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition Preview Party.
With no instruments and therefore very few technical requirements, this group is one of the most flexible in terms of setup, line-up and budget, so whatever the occasion, book Hot Butter Soul and let their sound move hearts, minds and feet.
